The "InformationCO2 du transport" service provided by TK Blue Agency, the extra-financial transport rating agency, has just been audited and declared compliant by Bureau VERITAS with the regulatory requirements of Decree 1336 of the Grenelle 2 law, and with the methodology proposed by the OEET (led by ADEME).
CO2 information on transport services has been mandatory since October1, 2013, following article L1431-3 of the French Transport Code and implementing decree no. 2011-1336 of October 24, 2011.
The aim of this obligation is to enable all players in the transport chain to direct their choices towards modes that emit lessCO2.
