TK'ENERGY service to meet energy audit requirements before December 2015
Thanks to this new service from TK'Blue Agency, companies can now quickly and easily provide the essential elements for carrying out an energy audit of their company's transport and buildings, an audit "carried out independently and cost-effectively".
Decree no. 2014-1393 of November 24, 2014 declares an audit covering at least 80% of energy bills mandatory for large companies*, by December 5, 2015 and to be renewed every 4 years. The fine for non-compliance can reach 2% of sales excluding tax for the last closed financial year, and be raised to 4% in the event of a repeat offence.
The tools provided by the TK'Blue Agency service platform make it possible to precisely measure and monitor energy consumption, and thus to steer its "energy" action plans for logistics throughout the year.
